An entrepreneur, marketer, start-up founder, and dog mom dedicated to helping real estate and service-based businesses build client relationships with intentional and defined marketing.

My story…

My entrepreneurial journey started long before I knew where it would lead.

At ten years old, I hammered together pieces of wood and tried to sell them as stools at the community garage sale. The following year I started German Shepherd Shipping Supplies, a venture that offered delivery service between the front door of my house and the mailbox down the road for a moderate fee.

Through running a photography business, window cleaning company, working with world renowned brands in the real estate and security industries, growing a startup combining technology and real estate, and building a successful career in the real estate industry, I built an incredible skill set and efficient systems to streamline business growth and scale small business into the green.

How did it happen?

It’s always been in my blood.

In February 2008, I had my first taste of big business.

I took on an ever-changing roll at an international ballistics security manufacturing company that gave me a foot in the door and opened my eyes to the world of business and marketing. At first, I answered the phones in the evening. Not too long after, I led a team of twelve employees through the ins and outs of digital marketing and social media.

I learned on the job, often with only a little bit of faith to lean on for support. This was long before everyone and their dog was a guru marketing expert after all.

In the first three months of managing the digital marketing efforts for the company, my team scored the first sale of over $5 million that year, and then many more. That connection was made on Facebook, which was an entirely different beast at the time. Our success came through understanding the type of people our product best suited and building long-lasting relationships with them through targeted marketing, storytelling, and earning their trust.

A few years later, after graduating from Journalism, I fell in love with real estate, technology, and the ups and downs of the business world. It was when I also first experienced the gap between technology, marketing, and shiny objects in the industry.

I worked for two of the biggest real estate franchises in my hometown of Ottawa, Ontario, managing an office and leading the marketing for a top producing brokerage. In my free time, I built marketing and sales funnels for luxury condominium developers in cities across Canada and the United States. These funnels generated millions of dollars in sales for the developers and were built upon the principles of understanding their target audience and getting to know them inside and out to build relationships, interest, and eventually get them through the front door and face-to-face with a salesperson.

But like you, I wanted more.

I wanted to have more impact, build more businesses, and change more lives.

So I packed up my things and headed out to found an engaging start-up called Realtor Match, a real estate platform dedicated to connecting home buyers and sellers with the most suitable real estate professional in their area depending on their needs, and help other real estate and business owners open the door to possibility and growth.

Since 2017, I’ve helped real estate and service-based business owners create plans, tackle challenges, and grow.

I work with top producers, brokerages, corporate head offices, and entrepreneurs to define their audiences, build their brands, and nurture relationships with the right people to bring in more sales and clients for their businesses.
